WHAT: Celebrate Recovery was designed as a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process.
WHERE: Providence Road Church of Christ, 4900 Providence Road (between Hwy 51/Pineville-Matthews Road at The Arboretum and Fairview Road. Across from the Jewish Community Center). Enter the doors at the roundabout driveway. There are folks who will greet you and show you around.
WHEN: Meetings are every Thursday from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
WHY: Across the world, only 1 in 3 people participate in Celebrate Recovery because of alcohol or drug abuse. So why are others here? They want to celebrate their recovery from any kind of addiction – food, stress, worrying, sex, spending, obsessive compulsiveness, anger, depression, co-dependency, control and a multitude of life’s hurts, habits and hang-ups.

The Celebrate Recovery program involves 8 principles from the beatitudes of the New Testament, and the 12 Steps based on AA (Alcoholics Anonymous).
Celebrate Recovery has clearly brought people together to discover a new level of care, acceptance, trust and grace… and for those who seek to mature spiritually, to make better decisions that will help them become Christ-like in character. The goal of Celebrate Recovery is healing and serenity.
