Chuck Jones

Psalm 135: 3

"I love worship! I love to praise God in song ? to take part in something that He ordained and that man has been participating in since creation. My goals are simple ? to give God all the praise, honor and glory that He deserves, and to lead people to His throne so that they can honor Him with heartfelt praise and adoration."

In March of 1998, Chuck Jones accepted the role of Music Minister. His main responsibilities involve managing and coordinating the activities of the music ministry and praise teams (for both church-related and outreach efforts), and serving as the primary Worship Leader at all services.

Since coming to Providence Road in 1987, he and his wife Aprill have been involved in a variety of activities including 4 years as teachers of the college-aged Bible class, and assisting with the City of Children mission efforts. Aprill is a leader of Christian Women in the Workplace, a fellowship group promoting Christian outreach by women in their professions.

In addition to their work at Providence Road, Chuck and Aprill own Chuck Jones Direct Response, a direct mail marketing agency, and are awaiting the delivery of their first book, "In Business and In Love," about working together as husband and wife. They have two dogs, Elmo and Stu, and enjoy traveling (especially to national parks of the Western United States).
